Meditation Retreat

Our Key Initiatives
Meditation Isn’t Somewhere Far Away
—It’s Life Itself.

Yellow Flower Medication Academy
Lighting an Everlasting Light in Every Heart
The Lotus Recollections Academy is built around the LFS framework, with three learning pathways:
Low-Carbon Living
Family and Community Life
Spiritual Life and Meditation
Through these three streams, the Academy offers a step-by-step curriculum that helps people enter the path of practice through diverse, accessible approaches, grounding the Dharma in modern language and everyday life.

Tara Shrine Hall
The Tara Shrine Hall enshrines a sacred image of Green Tara personally bestowed by Teacher Zhen Ru and displays artworks created from the Teacher’s compassionate vows. It serves as the spiritual heart of devotion for practitioners at the retreat.

Yellow Flower Medication Academy
Developing the Next Generation of Practice-Grounded Dharma Leaders
The Academy is dedicated to nurturing a new generation of Dharma practitioners who are willing to shoulder responsibility and deeply root their practice in life. It gathers aspiring young people from around the world to cultivate the mind in real-life situations; to grow through serving others; and ultimately to become practice-grounded, realization-oriented practitioners who can carry forward the teachers’ work.

Spanning 17,000 square feet, Lotus Recollections Hall is a large-scale conference venue in the Northeast tri-state region.
